Aufruf und Programm der Europäischen Brigade José Martí 2022
Liebe Freunde und Freundinnen Cubas,
das Cubanische Institut für Völkerfreundschaft und sein Reisebüro Amistur Cuba S.A. laden die Freund:innen Cubas aus Europa ein, an der 50. Brigade der freiwilligen Arbeit und der Solidarität mit Cuba „José Martí“ teilzunehmen. Das Programm ist verschiedenen Jahrestagen gewidmet:
dem 170. Geburtstag von José Martí, Symbol der cubanischen Unabhängigkeit,
dem 63. Jahrestag des Sieges der cubanischen Revolution,
dem 55. Jahrestag des Todes des Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara im Guerillakampf und
dem 69. Jahrestag des Aufstandes mit dem Sturm auf die Moncada.
Es umfasst unter anderem Besuche von Orten von historischem, wirtschaftlichem, kulturellem und sozialem Interesse, Vorträge zu aktuellen nationalen Themen und Treffen mit Organisationen der cubanischen Gesellschaft und der Bevölkerung im Allgemeinen.
Die Teilnehmenden werden ein Cuba erleben können, das nach zwei Jahren des Kampfes gegen die Pandemie und die Folgen der verschärften Wirtschafts-, Handels- und Finanzblockade durch die US-Regierung als erstes Land in Lateinamerika seine Bevölkerung mit eigenen Impfstoffen gegen Covid-19 immunisiert hat und damit eine Reihe bedeutender Erfolge vorweisen kann. Während Eures Aufenthaltes werdet Ihr die Errungenschaften von mehr als 60 Jahren siegreicher Revolution erleben, einen gesunden und sicheren sozio-politischen Tourismus genießen, etwas über unsere Geschichte und Kultur erfahren, die Sicherheit der Bürger:innen auf unseren Straßen, sowie vielfältige Naturlandschaften und ökologische Zielen kennen lernen, was Eure Erfahrung zusammen mit der menschlichen, fröhlichen und freundschaftlichen Wärme der cubanischen Bevölkerung unvergesslich machen wird.
Das Programm der Aktivitäten findet vom 10. bis 27. Juli 2022 in den Provinzen Artemisa, Havanna, Matanzas und Villa Clara statt; 17 Übernachtungen, davon 13 im Campamento Internacional „Julio Antonio Mella“ (CIJAM) in der Gemeinde Caimito, 45 km von Havanna entfernt, und 4 Nächte in Playa Girón, Matanzas, dem historischen Ort, an dem der US-Imperialismus vor 61 Jahren seine erste große Niederlage in Amerika erlitt.
Die Kosten von 655 Euro für den Aufenthalt umfassen die Unterbringung (in Mehrbettzimmern für bis zu 4 Personen im CIJAM, Doppel- oder Dreibettzimmer im Hotel in Playa Giron), Vollpension, den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen und den Transport zu allen im Programm vorgesehenen Aktivitäten. Optionale Aktivitäten sind nicht im Paketpreis inbegriffen und werden vor Ort zusätzlich berechnet. Einzelne Verlängerungstage im Campamento sind möglich und werden mit 16 Euro pro Tag berechnet.
Gemäß den aktuellen epidemiologischen Maßnahmen gegen Covid 19 müssen alle internationalen Reisenden, die in das Land einreisen, während ihres Aufenthalts im Land eine FFP2-Maske (in Cuba Nasobuco genannt) tragen. Der Abschluss einer Krankenversicherung ist notwendig für die Reise nach Cuba. Brigadeangehörige, die vor dem 10. Juli 2022 am CIJAM ankommen, müssen einen zusätzlichen Zuschlag von USD 16,00 pro Nacht für Unterkunft und Verpflegung zahlen.
Die landwirtschaftlichen Arbeitstage werden in Gebieten in der Nähe des 1972 gegründeten CIJAM durchgeführt, in dem Cubafreund:innen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt kollektiv zusammenleben. Mit der Teilnahme verpflichten sich die Brigadista (cub. Bezeichnung), sich aktiv an dem angegebenen Programm zu beteiligen, sowie die Verhaltensregeln eines sozialen Zusammenlebens und die Einhaltung der hygienisch-sanitären Maßnahmen zu beachten.
Teilnehmenden, die sich bereits vor Beginn der Brigade in Havanna befinden, wird ein Transport zum CIJAM angeboten, der am Sonntag, den 10. Juli 2022 um 17:00 Uhr vom ICAP-Hauptquartier im Stadtteil El Vedado abfährt.

Die Flüge werden von den Teilnehmenden selbst gebucht, dadurch kann der Aufenthalt auch über den Brigadezeitraum hinaus individuell geplant werden. Ein entsprechendes touristisches Visum ist über Reisebüros erhältlich.
Zum Kennenlernen und zur Vorbereitung der Reise und des kollektiven Zusammenarbeitens und –lebens wird von der FG BRD-Kuba ein (ggfs. mehrere, evt. auch virtuelle) Treffen organisiert. Die Teilnahme daran wird vorausgesetzt.

The Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples and its Travel Agency „Amistur Cuba S.A“ invite friends from the European continent to be part of the 50th Edition of the „José Martí“ European Voluntary Work and Solidarity with Cuba Brigade. The program is devoted to commemorate the 170th Anniversary of the birth of the Apostle of the Independence of Cuba José Martí, the 63rd Anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution, the 55th Anniversary of the fall in combat of Commander Che Guevara and the 69th Anniversary of the Day of the National Rebellion. It includes visits to places of historical, economic, cultural and social interest, lectures on current national topics and meetings with representatives of organizations of Cuban society as well as Cuban people in general, among other activities.
Participants will be able to witness a Cuba that, after two years of facing pandemic and intensified economic, commercial and financial blockade, has managed to be the first country in the Latin American region to immunize its population against Covid-19 with its own vaccines. During your stay, you will be able to verify the achievements gotten during more than 60 years of the victorious Revolution, enjoy healthy and safe socio-political tourism, learn about our history and culture, security in our streets, natural landscapes and ecological destinations. All of these, along with the human, cheerful and friendly warmth of the Cuban people, will make your experience an unforgettable one.
The program will take place from July 10th to 27th, 2022, in the provinces of Artemisa, Havana, Matanzas and Villa Clara; 17 nights of staying, 13 of them in the International Camp „Julio Antonio Mella“ (CIJAM), located in the Caimito municipality, 45 km away from Havana and 4 nights in Playa Girón, Matanzas, a historic place where North American imperialism got its first great defeat in America, 61 years ago.
The whole stay will cost 642.00 USD per brigade member, which includes lodging (in shared rooms for up to 4 people at CIJAM), double or triple rooms at the hotel in Playa Girón, three meals daily, transfer in–out from the airport and transportation to all the activities planned in the program. If the total number of participants in the brigade outnumbers 50 people, the cost of the program will be reduced, being less than 642.00 USD, which will be communicated with time in advance, before doing the corresponding payment.
The payment method is through bank transference or online-payment gateway. It cannot be in USD due to the restrictions for the use of that currency imposed by the USA blockade to Cuba. However, prices are estimated in that currency because generally exchange rate fluctuates less than other currencies.
According to the current epidemiological measures, all international travelers arriving Cuba must maintain as mandatory use of a mask during their stay in the country. It is also an essential condition to travel with medical insurance which covers or includes Cuba. Brigade members who arrive CIJAM before July 10th, 2022, must pay an additional supplement of 16.00 USD per night, for accommodation and meals
Agricultural work will be carried out in areas surrounding the Camp, created in 1972, which has adequate conditions to satisfy collective life as well as needs of people who visit us from different parts of the world. With the assistance, the brigade member agrees to comply with the indicated program and to properly observe the rules of conduct, discipline and social coexistence, as well as follow hygienic-sanitary measures.
Registration will be open until June 20th, 2022. To confirm your participation, we request that you send to the emails: and the following information: name and surnames, passport number, age, date of birth, profession, languages spoken, country of origin, organization you represent, date, time and number of the arrival flight to Cuba as well as date, time and departure flight. Participants who are in Havana before the start of the brigade will be guaranteed transportation to CIJAM, which will leave from ICAP Headquarters on Sunday, July 10th, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

El Instituto Cubano de Amistad con los Pueblos y su Agencia de Viajes Amistur Cuba S.A convocan a los amigos de Cuba en el continente europeo a formar parte de la 50 Edición de la Brigada de Trabajo Voluntario y Solidaridad con Cuba “José Martí “. El programa está dedicado a conmemorar el 170 aniversario del natalicio del Apóstol de la Independencia de Cuba José Martí, el 63 del triunfo de la Revolución cubana, el 55 de la caída en combate del comandante Ernesto Che Guevara y el 69 del Día de la Rebeldía Nacional. Incluye visitas a lugares de interés histórico, económico, cultural y social, la impartición de conferencias sobre temas de actualidad nacional y encuentros con organizaciones de la sociedad cubana y el pueblo en general, entre otras actividades de interés.
Los participantes podrán ser testigos de una Cuba que después de dos años de enfrentamiento a la pandemia y al recrudecido bloqueo económico, comercial y financiero por parte del gobierno de EE UU, ostenta entre varios logros significativos el hecho de ser el primer país en Latinoamérica en inmunizar a su población contra la Covid-19 con vacunas propias. Durante su estancia podrán constatar los logros alcanzados durante más de 60 años de Revolución victoriosa, disfrutar de un turismo sociopolítico sano y seguro, conocer de nuestra historia y cultura, la seguridad ciudadana en nuestras calles, paisajes naturales y destinos ecológicos, que, junto al calor humano, alegre y amistoso del pueblo cubano, hará su experiencia inolvidable.
El programa de actividades se desarrollará del 10 al 27 de julio del 2022, en las provincias Artemisa, La Habana, Matanzas y Villa Clara; 17 noches de estancia, 13 de ellas en el Campamento Internacional “Julio Antonio Mella” (CIJAM), ubicado en el municipio Caimito, a 45 Km. de La Habana y 4 noches en Playa Girón, Matanzas, lugar histórico donde el imperialismo norteamericano sufrió su primera gran derrota en América hace 61 años.
La estadía tendrá un costo de 642.00 USD por brigadista, que incluye alojamiento (en habitaciones compartidas hasta para 4 personas en el CIJAM), habitaciones dobles o triples en el hotel en Playa Girón, pensión alimentaria completa, transfer in–out del aeropuerto y transportación a todas las actividades previstas en el programa. Si el número total de brigadistas que participen en la brigada sobrepasa la cifra de 50 personas, el costo del programa será menor que 642.00 USD, lo cual se le hará saber oportunamente, antes de efectuar el pago correspondiente.
Las actividades opcionales no se incluyen en el precio del paquete y tendrán un costo adicional. La forma de pago es a través de transferencia bancaria o pasarela de pago on line. No podrá ser en USD debido a las restricciones para el uso de esa moneda que nos impone el bloqueo norteamericano. Sin embargo, se estiman en esa moneda pues la tasa de cambio fluctúa menos que otras monedas.
Según las medidas epidemiológicas actuales de enfrentamiento a la Covid 19, todos los viajeros internacionales que arriben al país deberán mantener el uso obligatorio de mascarilla o nasobuco durante su estancia en el país. Es una condición imprescindible viajar con seguro médico que tenga cobertura en Cuba. Los brigadistas que arriben al CIJAM antes del 10 de julio de 2022, deberán pagar un suplemento adicional de 16.00 USD por cada noche, por concepto de alojamiento y alimentación.
Las jornadas de trabajo agrícola se efectuarán en áreas aledañas al CIJAM, creado en el año 1972, el cual cuenta con condiciones adecuadas para satisfacer la vida colectiva y las necesidades de las personas que nos visitan de diferentes partes del mundo. Con su asistencia, el brigadista se compromete a cumplir con el programa señalado y a observar adecuadamente las normas de conducta, disciplina y convivencia social, así como el cumplimiento de las medidas higiénico-sanitarias.
Las inscripciones estarán abiertas para los interesados hasta 20 de junio del 2022. Para confirmar su participación solicitamos envíe a los correos: y la siguiente información: nombre y apellidos, número de pasaporte, edad, fecha de nacimiento, profesión, idiomas que habla, país de procedencia, organización que representa, fecha, hora y número de vuelo de llegada a Cuba, así como fecha, hora y vuelo de salida. A los participantes que se encuentren en La Habana antes del inicio de la brigada se les garantizará un transporte para el traslado al CIJAM, que saldrá de la sede central del ICAP el domingo 10 de julio de 2022 a las 17:00 horas.
